How quickly does Callisto call new leads?

Within minutes of receiving the enquiry email — typically under 3 minutes.

Which portals does Callisto work with?

Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket. You forward your portal emails to a unique address and Callisto handles the rest.

What happens when my trial calls run out?

New leads are still saved to your dashboard but calls are paused until you subscribe. You can upgrade anytime from Settings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings. No lock-in, no questions asked.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security. Calls are handled by VAPI and are never stored by third parties beyond the transcript.

Can I change the AI agent's name and script?

Yes — go to Settings and update the agent name. The AI will introduce itself using whatever name you set.
