Setting up your account

Complete your agency profile and get ready to go live.


Agency profile

Go to Settings and fill in your agency name, your name as the agent, and your contact phone number. These details are used by the AI when it introduces itself on calls — e.g. 'Hi, this is Sarah calling from Apex Estates'.

Calling hours

Set the hours during which Callisto is allowed to make calls. Leads that arrive outside these hours are queued and called first thing the next morning. The default is 8am–8pm.

Qualification questions

Add the questions you want the AI to ask every lead. Examples: 'What is your current situation — renting or owning?', 'Do you have a mortgage in principle?', 'When are you looking to move?'. These are stored in Settings → AI Configuration.
