Booking link not working
What to do if leads report they cannot book a viewing slot.
Check your Cal.com URL
Go to Settings → Booking Link and verify the Cal.com URL is correct and complete (e.g. https://cal.com/yourname/viewing). Test the link yourself in an incognito browser to confirm it loads and shows available slots.
Check your Cal.com availability
If the link loads but shows no available slots, your Cal.com calendar has no availability set. Log into cal.com, open the event type, and ensure your availability schedule is active and has open slots.
Resending the booking link
If a lead says they never received the SMS, use the Resend Link button on the Bookings page. This sends a fresh SMS to the lead's phone number.
