Booking and managing viewings
How viewing bookings work and how to manage them in Callisto.
Automatic bookings via Cal.com
After a successful qualification call, the AI sends the lead an SMS with your Cal.com booking link. When the lead selects a slot, Callisto automatically updates their status to Booked and the viewing appears in the Bookings page.
Manually marking a viewing as booked
If a lead calls you directly or books outside the SMS link, you can manually mark them as booked. On the Bookings page, find the lead under Awaiting Booking, click 'Mark as booked', and enter the viewing date and time.
Resending a booking link
If a lead says they didn't receive the SMS, use the 'Resend link' button on the Awaiting Booking card. This sends a fresh SMS with the booking URL.
Past viewings
Viewings that have passed are moved automatically to the Past section of the Bookings page. They remain searchable in the full lead history.
