Where to find transcripts and how to get the most out of them.
What is a transcript?
After every AI call, Callisto generates a full text transcript of the conversation. You can read exactly what the AI said, what the lead said, and how the call concluded — without listening to the recording.
Finding a transcript
Open any lead from the Pipeline or Inbox. The call transcript appears in the lead detail panel on the right side of the screen, below the lead's contact details. Transcripts are usually available within 30 seconds of the call ending.
Using transcripts before a viewing
Before a viewing, read the transcript to understand the lead's situation — their current tenure, motivation to move, timeline, and any concerns they raised. This lets you walk in prepared rather than starting from scratch.
