Understanding the lead pipeline
How leads move through Callisto from first enquiry to booked viewing.
The pipeline stages
Every lead enters the pipeline when its enquiry email is received. It then moves through: New → Calling → Qualified / Failed / No Answer. Qualified leads who book become Booked.
Viewing the pipeline
Go to Pipeline in the main menu. Leads are grouped by status in columns. Click any lead to see its full details, call transcript, and history. You can drag a lead to a different column to update its status manually.
Inbox vs pipeline
The Inbox shows leads that need your attention — qualified leads awaiting review or those that need a manual follow-up. The Pipeline gives you the full overview of all leads at every stage.
