Setting calling hours

Control when Callisto is allowed to make outbound calls.


Default hours

By default, Callisto calls between 8am and 8pm. Enquiries that arrive outside these hours are queued and called when the window opens the following morning.

Changing your hours

Go to Settings → Calling Hours. Drag the start and end sliders to your preferred window. Click Save to apply the change immediately. The change applies to all future calls — leads already in the queue are not affected.

Pausing calls

If you need to stop all outbound calls temporarily (e.g. during a bank holiday), you can disable the AI toggle in Settings → AI Configuration. Re-enable it when you are ready to resume. Leads queued during the pause will be called once AI is re-enabled and calling hours are active.
