Configuring your AI assistant
Customise the AI's script, voice and qualification criteria.
The AI assistant
Callisto uses VAPI to power the AI voice calls. Your assistant is pre-configured with a default script. You can customise the greeting, qualification questions, and the booking link it sends at the end of a successful call.
Syncing changes
Any changes you make in Callisto's Settings → AI Configuration must be synced before they take effect. After saving, click 'Save & Sync' — this pushes the updated prompt to your VAPI assistant. Changes are not live until synced.
Booking link
The AI sends a Cal.com booking link via SMS after a successful qualification. Add your Cal.com event URL in Settings → Booking Link. Make sure your Cal.com calendar is connected and availability is up to date.
