Understanding your lead performance data.


What is tracked

Callisto tracks every lead from the moment the enquiry arrives. Metrics include: total leads, qualification rate, booking rate, average response time, and call outcome breakdown.

Reading the dashboard

The Analytics page shows your performance over the selected time period. The qualification funnel at the top shows how many leads reached each stage. The table below breaks down results by property.

Improving qualification rate

If your qualification rate is low, review your qualification questions in Settings. Questions that are too strict (e.g. requiring a mortgage in principle on a lettings enquiry) will disqualify leads that could be good fits. Keep questions concise and relevant.
