Portal connection issues

What to do if enquiries from Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket are not appearing.


Verify email forwarding

The most common issue is that the forwarding rule was saved incorrectly or was removed. Log back into your Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket account and confirm your Callisto forwarding address is still listed as a notification recipient.

Check your spam folder

Some email providers block forwarded enquiry emails as spam. Check your email provider's spam or quarantine folder for any portal emails. If you find them there, mark them as 'not spam' and add the portal's sending domain to your safe senders list.

Test with a manual enquiry

The quickest way to test the connection is to submit a test enquiry yourself (using a personal email and phone). If the lead appears in Callisto within 2 minutes, the connection is working. If not, re-check the forwarding setup.
